Summer is upon us. Let's get moving with our "Stress Management in Motion" course. Learn how to change your thinking while moving your body. Starting June 9, 2014--- Mondays, 6:30 pm.
This 4-week course will focus on developing strategies to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety. The group is designed to provide the opportunity to experience the benefits of exercise while providing education in stress management and emotional regulation.
Facilitated by Danielle Stafford Psy.D. Licensed Psychologist.
